Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and Email with a direct tracking link and courier details. You can also track it under My Account > Orders.

Standard shipping usually takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location across India.

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags intact.

You can initiate a size exchange by visiting our Contact Page or contacting our WhatsApp support with your Order ID.

We accept Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and Cash on Delivery (COD).

Once the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse, prepaid refunds are processed within 5–7 working days back to the original payment source.
